AquaFlow is easy

We start every session with a short chat to discuss your expectations and ideas, as well as probable handicaps (allergies, injuries, etc.). The exercise will last for either a half or full hour. It takes place in chest-deep water of comfortable 33 degrees Celsius.

You do not need any skills or intermediate knowledge - just your swim suit! AquaFlow is easy and therefore ideal for non-swimmers.
